SHIPPING METHODS ITALY
For national shipments we use the GLS or TNT courier depending on the area (delivery time 2-3 working days).
For all customers:
For orders under €45.00 (VAT included) the shipping cost is €5.00
For orders over € 45.00 (VAT included) shipping is free
Only for registered Professionals with VAT number:
For orders below €50.00 + VAT, the cost of shipping is €10.00 + VAT
Free shipping for orders over €50.00 + VAT
DISCOUNTS
All the discounts advertised on www.ariespet.it and on the facebook and instagram social pages are applied to all customers (non-professionals) only to orders placed through the website.
INDICATIONS
To be quick and punctual in shipping your order, please follow the instructions carefully:
- enter all the requested data, always putting an address where someone is always present to receive the package (the courier cannot leave the package in the mailbox).
- the surname indicated must match the one on the doorbell, otherwise the courier sends the package back to the sender as an "unknown address".
- add your email and telephone number details.
GUARANTEES & WITHDRAWAL
Purchases made on the www.ariespet.it website are governed by the Italian law on mail order sales. If you made a mistake in your order by receiving an item you did not want, or you are not satisfied with the purchase, you have 10 working days from the delivery date to exercise the right of withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, return the product and be reimbursed for the expense, you must:
Send an email to resi@ariessrl.eu indicating the invoice number.
Send the item perfectly intact and sealed, in the package in which it was received, inserting a copy of the delivery note and a copy of the invoice. As required by law, the shipment will be at your expense.

For shipping, never use the cash on delivery method, also items sent to other addresses other than the one mentioned above will not be taken into consideration.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive the damaged goods, please write within 5 working days to the email logistica@ariessrl.eu indicating the invoice number in the subject and attaching photos of the damaged goods.
